Overview

Herbalite is a traditional Chinese herbal formula traditionally used to help support healthy appetite, metabolism, and gradual weight management as part of a broader diet and exercise plan. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, excess appetite and cravings are traditionally associated with a Stomach heat pattern, often alongside dampness and phlegm stagnation. Herbalite is designed for gradual, sustainable support, not rapid or dramatic results.

⚠️ Important: This formula is a complement to, not a substitute for, medical care. See the Safety & Contraindications section below for full precautions before use.

Clinical Applications & Benefits

Herbalite is traditionally used to help support:

  • Comfort during excess appetite and frequent food cravings
  • Healthy metabolism as part of a gradual weight management routine
  • General digestive comfort and bowel regularity
  • Overall metabolic wellness alongside a healthy diet and exercise plan

Herbalite is designed for gradual, sustainable support — not a rapid-results product. Sustained lifestyle and dietary changes are essential to any long-term outcome. Anyone whose weight changes may be related to a hormonal or thyroid condition should work with a physician on an appropriate evaluation.

Key Herbs (TCM Data)

— Chai Hu (Bupleurum) and Huang Qin (Skullcap): traditionally used to harmonize and help clear Gallbladder heat.

— Da Huang (Rhubarb Root) and Zhi Shi (Immature Bitter Orange): traditionally used to help clear Stomach heat and support healthy bowel regularity.

— Bai Shao (White Peony): traditionally used to help ease abdominal discomfort and support balanced mood.

— He Ye (Lotus Leaf) and Zao Jiao (Gleditsia): traditionally used to help dissolve dampness and support healthy metabolism.

— Cha Ye (Green Tea) and Ji Xue Cao (Gotu Kola): traditionally used to support healthy basal metabolism.

— Huang Qi (Astragalus) and Ci Wu Jia (Eleuthero): traditionally used as adaptogens to help support overall well-being and healthy energy.

— Da Zao (Jujube) and Sheng Jiang (Fresh Ginger): traditionally used to harmonize the formula.

Safety & Contraindications

  1. Contraindicated during pregnancy and nursing.
  2. Contains Da Huang — do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain.
  3. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea, are pregnant or nursing, are taking medication, or have a medical condition.
  4. If weight changes may be related to a hormonal or thyroid condition, work with your physician on a different approach.
  5. Rapid weight loss is hazardous and more likely to lead to rebound weight gain — gradual, sustainable change is the goal.
  6. Discontinue once the desired effect is achieved.

Dosage & Directions

Standard dosage: 3–4 capsules on an empty stomach, half an hour before meals, with a large glass of water. Avoiding food or snacks in the last few hours before bedtime is traditionally recommended. Discontinue once the desired effect is achieved.
