Overview
Herbal AVR is a traditional Chinese herbal formula traditionally used to help support the body's response to wind-heat and toxic heat patterns, including occasional fever, sore throat, and general malaise. Herbal AVR is traditionally used to help release wind-heat, clear toxic heat, and support wei (defensive) qi.
⚠️ Important — this formula is not a prescription anti-infective drug and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Any suspected seasonal immune or systemic challenge should be evaluated and treated by a physician. Contraindicated in cases of deficiency and coldness. Contraindicated during pregnancy and nursing. For a sensitive or weak digestive system, take 30 minutes after meals. Antibacterial drugs are not effective against seasonal environmental conditions, and taking them unnecessarily can contribute to antibiotic resistance — always follow your physician's guidance on when antibiotics are appropriate. Anyone with fever, headache, stiff neck, sore throat, vomiting, or mental confusion together, especially with extreme neck stiffness, should go to the emergency room immediately, as these can be signs of a serious condition requiring urgent treatment.
Clinical Applications & Benefits
Herbal AVR is traditionally used to help support:

- General immune wellness alongside a healthy lifestyle
This formula is a general wellness support and is not a substitute for medical evaluation. Anyone with a suspected systemic challenge, persistent fever, or symptoms that are severe, persistent, or worsening should see a physician promptly rather than relying on this formula alone.
