Overview
GI Care is a traditional Chinese herbal formula traditionally used to help support stomach comfort during occasional heartburn, acid reflux, and general digestive discomfort. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is traditionally associated with a pattern of Stomach heat and Liver qi stagnation. This traditional framework is not a medical diagnosis, and any diagnosed ulcer, gastritis, or H. pylori infection must be evaluated and managed by a qualified healthcare professional. This formula is a complement to, not a substitute for, medical care, and should never be used in place of a prescribed treatment without your doctor's guidance.
⚠️ Important: Do not use if you have atrophic gastritis with decreased or absent stomach acid, as this formula may worsen that condition; atrophic gastritis must be properly diagnosed and monitored by a physician, as it carries its own long-term health risks if left untreated. Contains Shen Qu, which is derived from wheat — avoid if you have a wheat allergy. Gallbladder conditions can sometimes present with similar symptoms, so an accurate diagnosis from a healthcare provider is important. If you take NSAIDs regularly, ask your doctor about routine screening, since ulcers can sometimes develop without symptoms.
