Overview
Blossom (Phase 4) is a traditional Chinese herbal formula and the fourth of four formulas in a cycle-based fertility support protocol, traditionally used during the luteal phase (the week before your period) to help support Liver qi regulation and PMS comfort. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this phase focuses on releasing tension and stagnation to help prepare the body for the following cycle. This formula is designed as a complementary traditional support alongside your physician's fertility care.
⚠️ Important: Do not take this formula while trying to conceive during the current cycle. Discontinue immediately once pregnancy is confirmed. Contains Dang Gui, which invigorates blood circulation — those on anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy such as warfarin should use with caution or avoid this formula.
Clinical Applications & Benefits
Blossom (Phase 4) is traditionally used to help support:
- Liver qi regulation and PMS comfort during the week before your period
- Comfort during bloating, irritability, and breast tenderness
- The body's preparation for the following menstrual cycle
This is the fourth phase of a cycle-based fertility support protocol. If Liver qi stagnation is not a significant pattern for you, your practitioner may recommend skipping this phase and extending Blossom (Phase 2) and Blossom (Phase 3) instead. Fertility support should always be coordinated with a qualified healthcare provider.
