Overview

Blossom (Phase 3) is a traditional Chinese herbal formula and the third of four formulas in a cycle-based fertility support protocol, traditionally used during the ovulatory phase (the week of ovulation) to help tonify Kidney yang and support healthy circulation in the lower jiao. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this phase is when Kidney yin is traditionally described as turning into yang. This formula is designed as a complementary traditional support alongside your physician's fertility care.

⚠️ Important: This formula is a complement to, not a substitute for, medical care. See the Safety & Contraindications section below for full precautions before use.

Clinical Applications & Benefits

Blossom (Phase 3) is traditionally used to help support:

  • Kidney yang tonification during the ovulatory phase of the cycle
  • Healthy circulation in the lower jiao
  • The body's overall readiness during the fertility support cycle

This is the third phase of a cycle-based fertility support protocol. Use Blossom (Phase 1) during the menstrual phase, Blossom (Phase 2) during the follicular phase, Blossom (Phase 3) during the ovulatory phase, and Blossom (Phase 4) during the luteal phase. Fertility support should always be coordinated with a qualified healthcare provider.

Key Herbs (TCM Data)

— Suo Yang (Cynomorium), Yin Yang Huo (Epimedium), Lu Jiao Shuang (Deer Antler Gelatin Residue), Xu Duan (Dipsacus), and Ba Ji Tian (Morinda): traditionally used to tonify Kidney yang.

— Xiao Hui Xiang (Fennel Seed): traditionally used to warm the Kidney.
