Overview
C/R Support is a traditional Chinese herbal formula traditionally used as a complementary support during chemotherapy and radiation treatment, formulated to help strengthen overall constitution during profound systemic depletion, appetite loss, and general fatigue. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is traditionally associated with depleted qi, blood, and yin reserves. C/R Support is intended to work alongside your oncology team's care, never in place of it.
⚠️ Important: This formula is not designed to treat cancer or replace chemotherapy and radiation, or any other professional healthcare — always consult your oncologist before adding any herbal formula during active cancer treatment. Contraindicated in cases of excessive heat, damp-heat, infection, or inflammation. Contains Dang Gui — those on anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy such as warfarin should use with caution or avoid this formula. The safety of Dang Gui in hormone-dependent cancers is unclear; discuss with your oncologist before use.
Clinical Applications & Benefits
C/R Support is traditionally used to help support:
- General constitutional strength during profound exhaustion and systemic depletion, alongside oncology care
- Appetite comfort and healthy digestion during periods of severe fatigue
- Recovery and maintenance support once active treatment has concluded
- Overall vitality during demanding periods of physical depletion
Anyone experiencing profound exhaustion during medical treatment should work closely with their care team, and only add an herbal formula like this one with their doctor's knowledge and approval.
